When we live in countries that have such a rich history and so much to offer, it’s only natural to want to learn and discover as much as possible.

 

Culture, and this applies to food culture too, is constantly evolving. You may think that we in Romania and you in Ireland can’t possibly have anything in common. Perhaps it is the distance that makes you think this way. Perhaps is the culinary pride, the national dishes that can’t be ‘shared’ with other countries.
