This interview was a wonderful opportunity to talk about ‘Carpathia, food from the heart of Romania’ and Romanian cuisine with people in Seattle.

 

Book Larder opened in 2011, offering cookbooks to lovers of food and cooking in Seattle and beyond. The shop is also a place for gatherings and author events, cooking demonstrations and food related discussions, enticing people to cook, read and discover new cultures.
