This is the April 2020 issue of Delicious Magazine and I was thrilled to read the review of ‘Carpathia – food from the heart of Romania’ . The book is in great company, next to ‘Falastin’ by  Sami Tamimi and Tara Wigley – an eagerly awaited love letter to Palestine cuisine. The fantastic book ‘The Botanical Kitchen: Cooking with fruits, flowers, leaves and seeds’ by Elly McCausland is also reviewed and the way botanicals can transform a recipe sounds wonderful.
